Stallholder Expression of Interest

Green Halloween is a celebration of thrifting, reusing and sustainable living. Browse pre-loved treasures from Mount Rogers families, visit the P&C's thrift book sale, plant sale, and bake sale, and discover simple ways to reduce waste. It's a fun family event that's good for both your wallet and the planet. 🌱🎃

The event is proposed for Saturday 31 October 2026 (Halloween!) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Mount Rogers Primary School.

Our goal is to create an affordable opportunity for families to declutter, earn a little extra money, and involve children in a hands-on sustainability experience. We hope Green Halloween becomes an annual event celebrating reusing, repairing, sharing and reducing waste.

As this is a new event, we're currently gauging interest from potential stallholders before deciding whether to proceed. If you'd be interested in hosting a stall, we'd love to hear from you!

Proposed Stall Information

  • $20 stall fee

  • Keep 100% of your sales

  • Bring your own trestle table and cash float

  • The event will most likely be cash only

  • Children are welcome to run a stall, provided at least one supervising adult is present

  • The event will be held outdoors in front of the school (school facilities will not be open)

  • A full list of prohibited items will be provided before bookings open. To comply with exclusions in the P&C's insurance policy, certain items cannot be sold. This includes second-hand electrical or mechanical equipment; hazardous, flammable or dangerous goods; fireworks, chemicals, weapons, firearms or ammunition; power tools; second-hand toys; model aircraft or drones; bicycles and bicycle accessories; helmets and other safety equipment such as baby capsules, booster seats and strollers; medicines, potions, oils, fragrances and beauty products; medical equipment; motorised vehicles, motor vehicle parts, and motorised scooters or boards; tobacco and vaping products; live animals; and other items prohibited by law or unsuitable for sale at the event.

  • Stallholders will be required to agree to a set of Terms and Conditions to participate.

  • As the P&C will be running the plant sale and thrift book sale, we would kindly ask that you not sell these are your stall. We will, however, gratefully accept donations of plants and books.
